Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

United States Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders to the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

Delayed or Missing Orders
